Orville is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 20 years of experience supporting children and the incredible teams around them. He’s had the opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of caregivers including teachers, therapists, parents, and group home providers—giving him a well rounded, team focused approach to care.

He’s passionate about creating practical, effective strategies that fit seamlessly into everyday life, while empowering those who support each child to feel confident and successful. His goal is simple: meaningful progress, strong partnerships, and lasting impact.

Natalia is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who loves helping children with diverse abilities grow, learn, and shine! With 10 years of experience working with kids ages 4–12, she brings a mix of compassion, creativity, and evidence based strategies to everything she does.

She’s all about making learning fun, building confidence, and supporting each child in reaching their unique potential while partnering closely with families every step of the way.
